Does anyone have a locked up timing chain tensioner?
I may have figured out a way to get it unlocked. Is there anyone willing to send me a licked up one for testing? No harm will come to it and hey it is locked anyway right..... Thanks John |

Stand it on end on a board and give it a light rap with a rubber mallet (or equivalent)

Yes, I think I found that compressing it past the top ring locking point unseats the inner snap ring and then you can take it apart.
thank Phil |
