is the belt tensioner same on z as standard vette??

hi all, i think i need to replace the belt tesioner on the Z (its chattering a little) and the only one i can find(ecklers) doesn't specify for Z or not, just says 88-91 and the guy at ecklers has no idea. does anyone know if its the same and/or where i can get one.........B.G. is getting close and i want it in tip-top for the trip! thanks

i changed mine last year...its not the same as the l98/lt1,but it was still available from gm last year...dont remember the part number.....

The GM P.N. is 10067479...you can get one at www.whiteracingproducts.com BTW he also has aftermarket ones for $42.49 P.N. NBH38015 I would think they are available at many parts stores...

Yep! No brainer.... I put the Autozone replacement on quite a few 7,000rpm bursts ago and no problems.
