I have a 91 ZR-1 that has only two screws to hold the plate. Is this standard or should there be four? Is there a PN for the original ones? Just curious and figured this would be the place to find out!

Should be 4 black Torx head screws with small washers.
They can be hard to find. Sent from my iPhone using ZR-1 Net Registry

Hi Phil, These are the screws that hold the license plate itself in place, correct? Are there separate screws for the frame or does that basically fall off when you take the plate off? |

Plate and Frame use the same four screws, i.e. they go through both and go into the metal inserts on the bumper cover.

I don't think they screw into metal inserts, this holes in my rear bumper are getting really loose from taking the plate of to change the REG sticker.

Now if the holes in the bumper are too large for the correct screws, you can take a plastic wall anchor (Grey or white is close to bumper color) and cut the flange and bottom off. Glue it in and use it as a sleeve. Don't ask me how I know this works. ;-)

Corvette Central states 91-96, shouldn't it be 90-96?
