LT5 History - or just overkill?
I am really into the history and preservation of the ZR1 / LT5 . I have a few new 405hp crate motors and the original GM crates they were shipped in. I have the motors off the crate and on customer display stands , questions is .....are the original wooden GM crates historical in any sense before I toss them in the dumpster? I just HATE throwing no longer available stuff away, but I really dont see the original crates ever being used to verify originality and I need the space...what do you think?

Keep them. They are quite handy to have around.

Do they have anything (printed or otherwise) on them?

If you're short of space, I'll adopt an engine.
