Default Driver side lumbar?

I replaced the drivers side lumbar bag on my first 91 Z. But it's been many years since I did that. I need to look at the one in my current car. I have the GM manual but I need a refresher in how the seat back is held in place. Can someone give me a refresher in how the seat back comes out. Thank you.

There are several you tube videos on this subject. They did the trick for me.
