Default Why so many ZR-1 owners at Corvette Forum?

I mentioned this before and still can't figure it out about most of the ZR-1 folks using the Corvette Forum instead of our own great forum. I'm guity of it too because I would submit a post here and get little or no response. The funny thing is most of the folks there are ZR-1 Net Registry members. It's funny too because all the jealous other Corvette folks like to stick their noses in on the ZR-1 Forum in there. I don't ever look at C5, C6 etc. because I don't own or want one; that says something about the mistique of our awesome Zs. Anyway, I just wish we could get everyone to move over here, but I don't think it will ever happen. Another thing I notice on that side is there are more Jerks and smart azzes; even when they are the same folks that are here too.

Anyway, just my thought for the day.

Aloha,

Hey there Jeff. I'm going to try to migrate my way back to this forum too. I hope all is going well for you and thanks again for all your help; no change in my status and haven't had a chance to pull the cam covers.

Ditto. A fellow C3 Vette Registry (C3VR) member, who is also a member of the Corvette Action Center (CAC), told me about this site (btw - the CAC C4/ZR-1 forums are also relatively light in traffic). I only go to CF as a last resort for information. Too much trash there. I prefer the lower key pace here, at CAC, and at C3VR to the CF mess. The quality of the people and information is also heads above the CF crowd IMO.

I'm a big lurker . Like other commenters I find this site much more informative that CF and less "crabby". I also like the Babes. There are some FINE people in ths ZR1 hobby, and we are lucky they're here.

Thanks

I'm guilty also!

I always come here first in the AM to see what's up but with me the NE/Events section over at CF is my "window" on what I'm doing & where I'm going just about every weekend....I hang out & go crusin' with those crazys in the NE-wolfpack. Our cruises are a ton o fun and those guys are into driv'in their vettes and we're a tight group. It's my reason to be over at CF.

I prefer here but sometimes I find more info there on ZR-1 issues that I might be dealing with....but I always check here first before I go over there. It's just that for a rookie the archives are bigger there...ya know for lookin things up. I would rather post here because ZFactor made a home for us.
