Default It's not often...

...that a Lamborghini Huracan parks near you at the local car show. I had a pleasant chat with the 40ish-year-old driver, asking some questions about it. When he walked over to the Z, I had to tell the story of the Lotus designed V8 and the 24-hour speed record. He listened politely. ... He later mentioned what a pain it was to have a black car. Since I've owned two black ones, I showed him what a California Duster was. A little after that, he took off like he was carrying the mail -- with that quick rev & acceleration to a snap, crackle, pop overrun stop. Yep, It sounded pretty awesome.

Also, there was a young guy with a "Hot Wheels" themed 2015 Camaro there. Just for grins, I'll post a few of pics of it. How many of us guys enjoyed playing with Hot Wheels when we were boys?

When the show was over, for some reason the Z did a burn out and got slightly sideways before decelerating to a snap, crackle, pop stop!

Nice story I was driving behind one in my area. Guy would hold 1 st gear so that it would drone and make lots of nose before coming to a stop. I thought it was really funny when a woman got really close to his car to take a selfie but with my car in the back ground made me smile lol.

Thanks G8. Nice story you told as well. I love the color of your Z along with the wheels. The selfie of the Lambo with your ZR-1 had to be class -- she didn't know the rarity pic she had taken!
