Flowmaster and Chip Installed
Hey everyone,
I installed the Flowmaster #17115 Cat Back and a Haibeck standard chip this weekend. I am quite happy with the performance and am looking forward to hitting the strip to see what he'll do now. Seat of the pants tells me the car drives better and is a little crisper on the throttle now. There is no resonance from the exhaust except way low in the power band, around 1200 rpm when climbing a small hill is all I noticed. There is a real nice sound when on the throttle and it is quiet at idle. The system cost $569.95 @ Summit Racing and there is an extra $6.00 shipping fee along with a $10.95 handling fee. I took advantage of those fees and also ordered a new serpentine belt and exhaust wrapping for the system.

Re: Flowmaster and Chip Installed
All of this talk has got the mod bug biting me hard....must..resist...(until bank account can support it).
As for mine, I've got the Haibeck prom and 3" straight exhaust on mine. I hope to make it to BG and get her on the dyno there.

Re: Flowmaster and Chip Installed
I have some Xmas money burning a hole in my pocket; am considering the Flowmasters. Was this a pretty simple bolt-on or is cutting and / or welding needed.
Thanks
