Default 1990 paint correction, ppf, rejex, and tint

I've spent the last month getting the exterior in shape for light weekly driving in the Texas sun.

- Paint correction (swirl and scratch removal)
- Partial paint protection film to keep the road rash away
- Ceramic window tint - full limo on the hatch!
- 2 coats of Rejex polymer on body, glass, and wheels
- Car guys plastic restorer for the black trim and tires

Wow, looks awesome! Let us know after 4-6 months how those products you used lasted.

No doubt the Z accelerates quicker and goes faster now!

The Rejex is so slick .. it must be worth half a second at least

Unfortunately I don't have any good closeup pictures of the paint before correction. The previous caretaker is a professional detailer and had applied Rejex as well, so it looked good and shiny from a distance but on closer inspection had a lot of swirls and small scratches in the clear coat from years of washing.

Ya mine is pretty rough. Lots of swirls and scratches ( big and small) and quite a few chips and some road rash with a few poorly touched up paint spots. I will have to get some pictures so I can do a before and after.

P.s your car does look really good. Hoping I can get mine the same.

Thanks, I'm happy with how it turned out. There are a few small rock chips and scrapes on the front nose that are hard to see at a distance, but the protection film will hopefully stop the bleeding, so to speak. A little pricey but I think its nice knowing that road rash isn't accumulating every time I drive it. Definitely recommend that if you can afford it, to protect your investment in restoring the paint. I did a partial wrap, 24 inches up the hood.
