Default Big Block Chevy swapped into ZR1

https://youtu.be/gFEyDQ9rGXQ

3rd brake light up high and the 8K tach at the 0:11 second mark.

Anyone know who and why?

If my motor blew that's what I would do.

I would have to put another LT5 in the car. To each their own!

Big block is just a lot cheaper to get HP out off. 496 motors are cheap to build.

HERESEY!

If I wanted a big power car it wouldn’t be a ZR-1! It would be a Supercharged LS motor with a modern engine management system.

To each his own I suppose...

Right at 600 HP 600 tq. No emissions where I live so if my motor blew and block was trash. Only in that case would I do it.

Between the suspension, brakes, and wheels, there is plenty of money in that car. I am sure it hauls major a** too!

How can you tell? It has all the marking of a z, less the interior power key and it looks like carbon fiber dash panels or such.

Look at the door, you can actually see the arch halfway through the door on a Z and that car doesn't have it.
