Default Exhaust manifold

Help!!! Just crawled out from looking at exhaust manifold removal on my 90 to fix cats or install headers and thought there must be some secret to doing this in less than a week? Any suggestions or directions would be greatly appreciated!!
Probably will try headers once I remove everything, any used systems out there? Does motor have to be tilted to gain access to bolts and are there any articles that help ??

Thanks for any help

Gene, I do believe over at the netregistry site in the how to section under the maintanence tab there is a write up about a header install.

If you can afford it buy the headers and put them on now. Taking of the heatshields is a PIA once let alone twice. Give new meaning to sushi fingers -paper cuts. 1/4 1n drice swivels and combo of extentions for the shields. same but 3/8 for the exhaust. but thats just my feeling after doing it twice.

Scroll down to header install. Nick did a great job on this.
