DIS Fault Line Malfunction
So I had the intake off and then reassembled on the 90. I drove the car and although it ran fine(defining fine as, didn't die backfire, etc), it was way down on power; drove like an LT-1..even revved up. No codes.
After thinking it was a coil and not seeing any bent DIS pins that were obvious I pulled everything back apart to find there was a slightly bent pin, that had gone around one side of the female harness insert As there were no codes that this would be good to share, if you are down on power but have a driveable car this might be an area to look. Its the green wire on the DIS harness The car will also completely fail the inj balance test in this mode with a tech one

Re: DIS Fault Line Malfunction
It's called Limp Home mode. The ICM has timing hardwired into it for ECM faults.
