Who can read my unknown chip?
Hi,
I've posted it a few times here but I think it's worth its own thread now. I bought my '91 ZR-1 last fall and I discovered it has a performance chip. However, I don't know what's in the chip so I feel it is pretty useless. Anybody know where it's from? Or who can read it? Thanks! |

Looks like Ron Zimmer's writing to me so I'd guess Z industries chip.

Re: Who can read my unknown chip?
MuRCieLaGo, do you have access to a chassis dyno?
If yes, you should go, do a run and have them log air fuel/ratio before sending your chip off. That way, the reader/tuner can also make changes if needed. Or, you may see that your AFR is pretty good and your chip is fine as is. |
