I have my doubts about that being a new engine. It's all apart, even cam covers removed and has the appearance of having been media blasted. Looks more like a pile of parts to me.

Concur no cam overs, no cams chains, secondary system no plenum etc not to mention Rust throughout rust. I would avoid at all costs. Just a pile of parts.

I just bought a complete LT5 with 36K miles including the ECM and wiring harness for $3K.
I also bought some other stuff including the transmission, Cluster, AC controls, Bose for a bit additional $s. I will post up photos and more details in a few days after I pick up the engine and additional parts. One always takes a risk on purchasing LT5s and ZR1s but I have yet to find an LT5 with any serious issues. My FIRST test is Always compression. I have found 215 psi or more within 5 psi on all cylinders on ALL of the 5 LT5s I have (including a 95' Crate Engine with zero miles) and expect the same on the LT5 just bought. This is a 95' Crate Engine
