Most either go with OEM or RC's, but some have recently opted for the Accels because of the cost.

Also, what about the accel when it comes to durability?

Are they gonna last or go bad like the stockers. I got that crappy gas to worry about.

RC Engineering:

Accel durability, only time will tell.
As that they are designed for the fuels of today they shouldn't suffer from the senstivity to ethanol as the original Multecs.

Not sure of anything at this point will see how the new GM's do and will try and see if any mods. I know a just retired 27 year chev. guy and maybe he can find out if there are any improvements will let you know.

I'd just hate to see you invest well over $1k just for the injectors, plus $150+ for gaskets and fluids, plus the time to do it, only to have to do it all over again at some future date.
A *lot* of people have had problems with these injectors, it simply was a crappy design.
Who knows, maybe they've updated it, maybe not.
I've sent an eMail to AC-Delco, asked if they had updated the design to be resistant to ethanol.
We'll see.

Hopefully you checked out Fuel Injection Connection. Bosch injectors w/stainless guts, matched flow and pattern, comes with necessary o-rings - $350 per set of 16. Talked to Jon and was a great guy to work with, answering questions and explaining why these are the ones to go with.
