Is there a wideband O2 sensor kit you all would recommend for our cars

Any and all options are welcome and mentioning draw back of brands on the market are welcome also

I'm interested here on this too...

Do W/B sensors help ECM overcome lean condition at throttle tip-in?

There are a number of WBO2s available.

I have used the Zeitronix ZT-2 for a number of years. Very reliable. I have a gauge attached which will displays Lambda, AFR, and MAP volts. Also an RPM input and datalogging software.

Dynamic EFI has one that allows you to program stoich for the fuel being used.

No, you need to modify the calibration to do that. The WB is tool to help you in identifying where you may be going lean. From there you can adjust your pump shot otherwise called Acceleration Enrichment (AE) tables.

no, they are just for monitoring as the factory ECM only works with the stock narrow band 02 sensors

that being said, the WB 02 will help you log what the A/F ratio is during throttle tip in to see what the car is doing which will help with the tune.

you can also log with a number of products (Ease, diacom, ect...) to a laptop using the stock ALDL data stream and the narrow band sensors will give you an idea of the AF ratio

only problem is with the narrow band sensors they aren't accurate at very rich or lean mixtures (hence the term narrow band)
