CARFAX Needed - ZR-1 Net Registry Forums

Hi Guys,

For all who read about this car in a different area (we were supposed to race Sat nite). We got the Callaway 500 fixed. Bad alternator. Here's what we found, Remaned Alternator, New battery in January 2006. We feel the car was delivered with the bad alternator and the dealer new it because he resisted every effort to come down and pick it up or get it personnaly by my friend. Ad also said 7k miles and it had 7964 on it. May be other stuff too.

Anyway, if possible can we get a CARFAX on the VIN. I think that request is allowed here.

John, remove the vin, unless you want it flagged.

Ask and make sure the person who responds has been here for a while.

Thanks for the advice. Wondering why that is. I didn't see anything in the new user rules.

John, just preventative. They have been cracking down on "theft of services" for those that buy the unlimited carfax reports. They will flag vins and when somebody checks them, they go into action.

While I got you here, I am going to do everything I can to get to the PNW Gathering next year. How was this years event. I have been looking on the website but no updates yet.

John, would be great to have you. I'm still working on it. People are slow on sending in pictures. is hould have it up by the end of the week. Come hell or high water.
