While my car is being DEWINGED next week im finally getting my AO Engineering Forced Air front license plate louver painted as well.

I followed the AO Forced Engineering instuctions for mounting the front plate and I have to tell you the template for the plate in the instructions cutout is entirely too small. There is no way in Hades that the plate will fit in if you follow the template only.

I could not figure out the disconnect however the bumper must be considerably cut more to allow the plate molded bosses on the back side of the plate to pass. Also boy is that styrofoam "FUN" to get out of there. Yikes.

As you all know the rest of the system is crap however I like the look of that front plate in the nose. My android phone is dead along with my digital camera. I will take a few pics with my Ipad when I have time over the weekend. GC

That is a bummer, what is your plan for filling the holes..

Plastic and fiber repair and a respray.

Daryl, have it plastic welded. Don't use the Fusor repair as the basis for structure. Plastic weld and then a light coat of filler and then sand.
