Do you think 90-95 zr1 will climb in price?
Im sure a bunch of guys ,sitting having a few beers in 1975, were asking " do you ever think those 63 split window corvettes will ever be worth anything?" So i ask the question in 2013, Do you ever see the prices of 90-95 zr1 climbing any time soon? They were limited production after all.

they've been going mostly down since the early 2000's. i'm sure they're going to go back up at some point...but i also think that will be my kids problem for when i'm dead.

Kevin, your such an optimist, lol. Everything hit rock bottom after 2008, things are still a little stagnant, but the only place to go after bottom, is up. So, to answer your question yes I think they will climb,... slowly. JMO though.

Re: Do you think 90-95 zr1 will climb in price?
I am firmly convinced that prices are going up now. That's one of the reasons I just bought a 95 zr1. However, I do think the 93-95s will go up sooner because of lower numbers. And the rarer colors will be worth more.
I previously had a 93 40th zr1, a 94 comp yellow zr1, and a 95 torch red. I saw no appreciation when I sold the last one in 2003. In the meantime I have watched quantities for sale. And supply for sale now is at an all-time low. Especially 93-95s. Part of the reason is that the C4 zr1 is now being eased into the classic car category, and therefore more collectible. Don't sell your zr1 s short right now.

In 1975 the 63 Split Window already had collector car status. |

A 93 ZR1 went for $43k at Reno/Barrett Auction last week. Low miles but otherwise pretty normal car.
