Default A/O Engineering Forced Air Filler Plate

I took the center cross piece to the mold maker today. I'll need a urethane mold made for this piece. It was injection molded originally.

He is making this mold with the remaining rear bumper molding molds.

I'll have front filler plates available soon.

Molds and Parts to make in December are as follows.....

* A/O Engineering Forced Air Plates DONE (waiting on center cross insert mold)
* 49th Street Rockers NEXT
* Callaway ZR-1 panels (for my personal ZR-1 needs ONLY - Modifying the kit for my own design)
* 1954 Motorama Fastback roof/trunk/door molds ALMOST DONE

February 2013 will be a nasty, messy month.....my shop will never be the same.

Guys, I admit that I'm slow with this stuff. This is not my area of concentration. This is extra side work for me but I do enjoy providing the parts.

Finally getting to do some mold making and deep fiberglass work this month. Here is the Forced Air license filler plate. The orange color is gel coat. The fiberglass matt and resin is applied next. This will happen in a few hours.

The center "cross insert" piece will be cast in a urethane mold.

Cost for the Forced Air license filler plate and insert will be $125 plus shipping.

Forced Air Mold is done now. Just need to pop it out of the mold and trim it tomorrow. This isn't a glamorous process but it has to be done.

Jep, I enjoy doing the work and supplying the parts when someone wants them. But most people don't understand the planning and work that goes into producing a part. If it was easy, people would do it themsleves.

I wonder what a squirrel would end up looking like after being sucked through an FBI modified LT5?

Brett, what modifications are going to be needed to hook up to our airbox?
