Thumbs up Jerry's Gaskets...

All,

You guys know that Jerry is a good friend of mine and I hope that doesn't cause you to diminish what I have to say in this post but I'd like to share my experience buying form Jerry...

Just a few days ago I ordered some parts and they arrived today way ahead of what I expected. The packaging was top notch and each item was well protected.

Secondly, Jerry's website was very simple and easy to navigate/use. I had no trouble finding the items I needed and the checkout via the shopping cart was easy to use as well...

BL - the buying experience was top notch...

The one thing I'd like to add that you won't see in the website is that when you buy from Jerry you're actually getting part of him and his lovely wife Karen. Both of them have our ZR-1 families well being written in their DNA. They bend over backwards to help all of us. They are certainly not in this business just for the money... They're in it because they have the same passion we all feel for our cars...

I feel blessed that we have Jerry and Karen in this family...

Well, just wanted to pass this along...

Cheers,
RH

I couldn't agree more. Jerry is top notch. Jerry, Marc and Jim Voter helped me tremendously when I needed to get EX5023 together by the 2011 Gathering deadline.

What a great group of guys.

I'll agree with everything posted above. Companies could learn a lot about customer service from Jerry. When I received my first invoice from Jerry with a hand-written note on it, I was just blown away!!

Keep up the good work, Jerry. Our community is gifted to have you!!

Thanks for your significant efforts,
Jep

Agree to all said above but have to say that being overseas one will really get a different perspective on what is bad to good when dealing with parts suppliers. Jerry is so far above good, above great and whatever is above that----that my experience with him left me speachless. There has to be some verbage above EXCELLENT SERVICE & PRODUCTS that better describes Jerry but my limited vocabulary fails me trying to find what the word or words are.

Passionate about the ZR1? Yes, they are and it shows to all who deal with them.

Would like to add my accolades to Jerry & his wife.

While I am at it there are so many others on this site who deserve a gold star on their knowledge and help information. This site is a treasured asset to all who are passionate about their ZR1's.

OK truth to be known there are a couple of stinkers on this site to but they get easily ignored.

To any of you who ever get over to my half of the world my door is always open.

Yes! I could not agree more. I recently ordered a large order of gaskets for my top end and happen to forget one small gasket. Jerry wrote a personal note, "Thought you might need this one...No Charge". Jerry is a first class guy. Thanks again Jerry for all you do for the brotherhood!!

Could not agree more. Jerry doesn't just offer good service and quality products at fair prices, he actually makes it a real pleasure to work with and buy from.
