Default Looking for a part number.............

This is the heat shield on the Driver side that curves around from the firewall.I looked on my parts diagram but didnt find one.A few months ago I was driving through a parking lot at night,no speed bumps and ran over a huge tree root running across the parking lot.Went flyin over this thing and made one hell of a racket, got home and took a look and could only see some scuffs on the bottom of the pipe collectors.............until now when Im under the car do I see where it smacked the shield. This bump would have challenged a car at stock hight.Ill get a picture later on today,Thanks.

If you are looking for a replacement part talk to Dan. I will send you his number via a private message.

Is either of these shields for the drivers side????? If you can use it, it's yours for free.

Brett:

Nothing makes me prouder of our little family than seeing posts like yours.
It re-affirms my belief in mankind and gives me faith that there is more good in this world than bad.
The Brotherhood of the Beast is ALIVE AND WELL.

What the heck, I even forgive you for putting a price tag on 'Ol Blue.
You could have added another zero or two, though.
I'm going to buy lottery tickets this week, wish me luck.
I'll need to hit the Mega Bucks in order to buy 'Ol Blue.

I've seen more good in the ZR-1 community than any other niche in the whole Corvette world. I am hoping that no one is crazy enough to buy ol blue. Just fishing.

If I hit the big one, may I put in a bid? At least we get to keep it in the "family" so to speak. I'd donate it to the NCM as long as they put it right next to the 95!
