Default Throttle Position Setting

I am working on a performance issue and while testing, I used the Tech 1 to monitor throttle position.

With the accelerator fully depressed to the floor, the Tech 1 shows Throttle Position is 84% and TPS signal is 3.7 volts.

This is a late model ZR-1 with ASR.

Is there a procedure to set or adjust the accelerator cable to the ASR or to adjust the Throttle cable to get 100% throttle opening.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Is this not adjusted at the PROM level?

I know Dom plays with the BIN value tables for different throttle positions

Didn't our friend "Sammy" have some kind of issue with one of his ZR1's last year and found some way to adjust the ASR cable?
I'll have to go searching, but I remember something along those lines.

Standing by. But it is a physical adjustment of a fully functional TPS. There are orbital screw holes in the TPS.

Jim,

You need to adjust the throttle cable. At WOT, the TPS volts should be some where around 4.7v. I was having similar issue although it turned out to be the cable not fully seated in the throttle cam.
