I'll still be suprised if the event actually happens despite the PR and alleged schedule!!!
Few in the USA care about F1 or soccer for that matter... Look over the dismal history of F1 in the USA... Besides, if we have to have it here, it belongs at Watkins Glen in October!
The biggest problem with F1, besides Bernie that is, is it's boring, there's no passing and they have some STUPID rules, not to mention DRS and KERS etc... And besides that, did ya ever taste Red Bull? Yech!!!
Now maybe, if they put them on a dirt track, like that Austin "Circuit of the Americas" PR stunt???
If you want some good racing from across the pond, check out the Australian V8 Supercars or WTCC! Both will be appearing on these shores in the semi-near future.

I am going...all my family (brother/nephews etc) live in Texas and in particular one nephew who is a rather talented track driver lives in Austin... so yep to going
