Re: need frame parts
Items 20 & 26 are "no problem"!
Item 22 has been discontinued by GM for a few years and I see no inventory on dealers shelves anywhere in the country! I wouldn't think the supplier that you mentioned could help you with it either. If they've supplied you with a quote including part numbers PM me with the information or post it here. There are likely item 22's out there but NOT on dealers shelves. There's a good chance that if there were one out there it would "surface" at the Carlisle event this weekend. #22 right side frame rail part # is 12529346. Several members frequent the place, maybe a few dozen "pairs" of good eyes can spot you one!!! The "event": http://carlisleevents.com/ce/events/corvettes/ |

Re: need frame parts
There are front frame horns (part #22) on ebay all the time for around $100.
Pretty common used part.

Could you or I buy a suitable "used" and ship? Likely! That didn't seem to be the OP's question. Considering the MY's that will fit I was going to recommend a "used" from salvage closer to him. I would certainly think it would be in the OP's best interest to have someone "broker" the buy if it came to used from here! NOS is actually quite possible at Carlisle! Price might surprise you! A late Saturday or Sunday buy could be very reasonable! |

Re: need frame parts
The part# 10174972 is the oldest and original part # listed in the GM SPO catalog and the number I posted is a replacement that fits all MY C4's and there's some fasteners that require changing. There are no structural differences. Either of these part #'s if located would do.
I realized your location when I responded and I mentioned Carlisle only because there will be many good eyes available to maybe "watch for you"!! An NOS C4 frame rail is pretty difficult "not to spot" when your doing the tour. NOS is certainly the preferred by many but the used when cut and trimmed correctly will do as well, in many instances better! I was going to try two days this year there but it looks like maybe only a Saturday and maybe not even Saturday. |

Re: need frame parts
You can buy the complete front rail assemblies on ebay all day long for about $120.00 and includes both rails and crossmember. MAKE SURE if you buy the rail assemblies off of ebay, to get one from a 90-91 and NOT 84-89 or 92 and up as they are different & you will have issues installing brackets and such due to bolt locations.
Best to ask around for someone that has parted a 90-91 L98 or LT5 as both years are the same. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1984-...mZ290591282017 We have the rh frame engine mount brace in stock new for $89.99 http://www.whiteracingproducts.com/i...x&cPath=10_289
