Rear Spring Shims
My car was in an accident and lost several of the shims that go on either side of the rear spring, where it mounts to the diff. Could anyone provide me information on the specifics of those shims and where they go, abocve or below, relative to the spring? I know there are different colors that, evidently, represent different thicknesses. I'd appreciate anything, including sources of procurement, that might help me on this.
Thanks, Bill |

Re: Rear Spring Shims
Bill,
When I get home this evening, I can go through my pics from last year. I think I still have some of my rear axle before I pulled it to get new gears. Rich

Re: Rear Spring Shims
I've got a couple of spares sitting around. I think they are the 4 or 5 mm thickness.
