Not LT5 but a 9.0l(557ci)all-aluminum. DOHC,1350hp,TT
This the new engine from Mercury Racing. Tts a 557 that is NOT built by GM. 1350hp on 91 octane. A differnt version will feature 1100hp on 89 octane.
Dyno test, pretty cool IMO. http://www.mercuryracing.com/blog/dyno-mighty/ Engine and new 8 drive is only $204,000. 2 of them in this boat and it goes 175mph at 6700rpm.
