Well, I found the short in my CTSY circuit. I had taken out the left lower dash pad, radio, a/c control head and center bezel. I was going to start tearing out the interior when my wife remembered that the fuse blew when the hatch was opened. Since the hatch release is not on the CTSY circuit, I figured it must be the rear cargo lights. I took the halo panel loose and found the wires to the right cargo light burned. Taped them up, put in a fuse and it's good to go. They were rubbing against the ground bolt that was there. If you are having a similar issue, this is a fairly easy place to look.
