PCV F-tube home-brew?
I am in the middle of replacing injectors, coils, wires, etc; and when I go to replace the PCV valves I noticed that the F-tube is split. I know white racing has a replacement but I thought I remember someone has posted a home-brew with pictures and parts needed. I have searched without success. Can some help a brother ? Thanks.

Re: PCV F-tube home-brew?
FWIW, Samco makes the PCV tubes now (except the elbows at the IH, which are still available from GM and fairly cheap). I think the Samco's are similar in price to the inflated price of the NLA GM stuff.

Re: PCV F-tube home-brew?
I ran factory PCV valves from I/H to a "F" plastic connector (behind engine) back to throttle body using all braided hose 3/8 or AN6. Works & looks fine! Dorman has the rubber elbow fittings for the I/H (at most HELP trays in parts stores)

Where did you get the "F" plastic connector?

Re: PCV F-tube home-brew?
Had 1 in my tool box but you can find 1 at parts or hardware (any 3/8 "F Y or T" will work to tie all 3 together while running 1 back to T/B. Those orig. parts are costly, you could sell yours if you like this setup!

Re: PCV F-tube home-brew?
Dynomite: Sorry for the confusion. I am looking for a inexpensive replacement for the tube/hose that the PCV valves sit in as mine has split open and $170.00 for a replacement seems steep. So I have seen somewhere that one could fabricate a replacement and that is what I am looking for.
Belsy: Thanks for the info. I will check the parts store this evening for the needed pieces.
