Scored Dymags and Michelins
As noted in a previous post I got a line on a set of Gen2 Dymags with Michelin tires mounted on Craigslist in LA. I have to thank Lgaff for finding them. No Lee I'm not paying a finders fee.
 Well, I bought and picked them up today. All I can say is... WOW! I have to say I lucked out again! The wheels are in perfect condition and newly silver powdercoated. 13X17 rears and 11X17 fronts. In perfect condition! The tires are near new as well. 335-35-17 Michelin XGT-Z's in the rear and 275-40-17 Michelin Pilot Sports on the front. Unbelievable! The seller told me he bought the wheels 10 years ago from ZR-1 owner in Hollywood for $3000 and later bought the Michelins. Apparently the Z was set up for road racing. The best part is I only paid $1200!  Here are some pix for curious among you. Now as soon as the transport delivers my car and I can get moved in to the new house, I'll get them mounted. More pix to follow. ohhh..my OEM salad shooters with low mile Sumi's will be for sale shortly. H

Never seen a set machined in the center like that, appears several options on that design.
