Bob,

That IM says Feb 88. Motor may be a mule car motor. I'd hold onto it.

I would agree with Dominic....are those coolant tubes?

I just looked at my 90 engine #702

1L5800702

I then assume the K means its an 89!

Guessing 10-15K maybe more if you have an 89 prototype #29 with no motor.
