Hello from Switzerland,

I guess you visited the wrong part of Europe. In Switzerland you can find
Chevy Enthusiasts.About one year ago there was a 100 year celebration
for Chevrolet. It was in the town of La Chaux-de-Fonds, the town where
Louis Chevrolet was born.
I was there with my wife and some friends of us. There were about 1000
Chevrolets and about 30000 visitors.
There were 60 Chevrolets selected to be part of the parade. I got
the chance to participate with our '78 Blazer K5.
There was no ZR-1. If I had know that and if there were no friends
coming with us I would have choosen the ZR-1.
Nevertheless it was great. A good friend of us, Martin Sinzig, the author
of a very intersting book about Louis Chevrolet, was there too with his
wonderful '64 Chevelle SS. The book will be translated into English soon.
I recommend it very much.
Here are some pictures, which prove that Switzerland is "Chevy-Land".

Have a good time,

Franz

And I thought you Italian guys are only interested in Ferarris and
Lamborghinis
My wife drives an Abarth 500, me for my part I would like to get
an Alfa Romeo Montreal one day. But it is difficult to find a really
good one for a fair price. They all are to expensive.

In Milano downtown you can easily see Lambo, Ferrari and Porsche but they are not for "normal people"...
The Corvette ZR1 is the best sport car for me
