Is the front and rear suspension as far as the spindles, lower and upper control arms for the front and the rear suspension the same on a ZR1 as the regular corvette? I know the shocks are different.

Yep. All the same. Sway bar sizes will vary depending on base, z51, ZR-1 etc.

do you need some? I have damn near everything front and rear suspension wise.
