Once again, the winner of the team trophy at this year's Crown Point Corvette Club's CORVETTE SHOOTOUT was......the FAST BOYS OF ILLINOIZ and their killer ZR-1s!! Congrats to Kevin Costello, Bob Gillig, Lee Gaffgan, and to Dominic's car (with Bob Gillig driving) Details and pictures to follow...

Congrats gentlemen . Nice to see the ole vintage ZR-1 cars kicken butt still a few decades later . Absolutely amazing . One more reason to be proud to own a C4 ZR-1

From memory...I didn't think to write them down... So, IIRC,
Kevin's best was 10.5x sec. at 130.x mph with a 60' around 1.5xx ± Bob's best was 11.03 (right, Bob??) at 129 And Dominic's car ran 12.4 at 118ish w/ Bob G rowing the gears. I'm meeting with Bill (CPCC pres.) on Friday (tentatively) and perhaps get the details then. Pix to follow!
