Re: Cam Position Sensor
Where did you find the Camshaft Position Sensor? Does it come with "O" Ring?
I know Jerry has the Camshaft Position Sensor "O" Ring. |

Cam Position Sensor
I prolly missed it.......but how you figure out your camshaft position sensor was bad?
Could be connection, wires, DIS. After tracking down Blown INJ1 fuse issues for a week and after removing plenum five times ........I am convinced anything is possible [emoji3] What I did is put Ohm meter on down side of INJ1 fuse and starting at 1,200 Ohms watched the Ohm meter as I removed the Plenum. Especially as I disconnected various connectors or wiggled various wire looms/wires. Found the 14pin DIS connector movement caused Ohm meter to go to near zero Ohms ah ha.........but still do not know exactly why.......I know where problem was but not What problem was lol lol lol Sent from my iPhone using ZR-1 Net Registry

Re: Cam Position Sensor
The sensor I got wouldn't allow the small stock sensor guard to fit so I left it off. To get the guard back on the car you will need to modify it,trim it a bit.
