Cam Position Sensor Removal
Replacing the cam position sensor here in the next few days. It's in kind of a tricky spot and was curious if anyone had some tips on how to get it out without so much struggle.
Much appreciated. |

Re: Cam Position Sensor Removal
I replaced mine years ago,it's no problem at all. I believe it's a 8 MM bolt and thats it. Not sure which replacement you have but on some the small shield for the sensor won't fit some replacements.

Re: Cam Position Sensor Removal
Be sure to place a small container below the cam sensor to catch the oil that comes out when the sensor is extracted.
