Re: NCRS Winter Meet
Sorry, but can't help myself... 🤪
Did ya ask how many ZR-1s have earned Top Flight awards? Ask 'em enough times and maybe someone will squeel? Maybe it's in the classified documents at Mar-I-Lago or in the '67 in Delaware? |

Re: NCRS Winter Meet
Tom Barr is the NCRS National Team Leader for C4 and is very knowledgeable. He is also a C4 owner and enthusiast and a member of this site.
My car was in FL for only one thing and, that was to receive a sign off for American Heritage judging at this summer's NCRS National Convention in French Lick, IN. Tom inspected it and signed it off so, I was happy. That's a long winded way of answering your question. The old car did score a Bloomington Gold Benchmark Award this past weekend. Next up, it has been invited to be a part of the NCM 70th Anniversary Display. That starts at the end of this month. Last edited by AirbusDriver; 06-06-2023 at 09:58 PM. |

Re: NCRS Winter Meet
glad for you
Looking at this last pic.. I don't think a judge should lean with his hand on your car ..noor put paperwork on the car.. Don't judges have rules they must follow? Who is judging the Judges? Id be mad if that happened to my car. |

Re: NCRS Winter Meet
I hear what you're saying but, I'm the one that put the paperwork on top the car.
The fellow leaning on the car is a friend and I try to remind myself...it's just a car. Detailer and a cloth gets rid of fingerprints. A few years ago, Anne and I had a beautiful original 69 L88 with sidepipes. I remember the days when my buddies and I would lean against it, drink a few beers and tell tall tales. Man!...those were the days. |
