Default Where is your satellite radio antenna mounted?

Just wondering where the creative minds put theirs. Thank you.

Mine was buried in the dash, but the reception was horrible. So, now it is mounted on the defroster outlet, next to the light sensor. Steve

years ago when I ran the website for my old corvette club, I received an email about a mount for a cb radio that used the wheel tub area of the cargo area as a mounting point. what about just in front of the roof holder in the cargo area so you can sorta hide it but still get reception

That is where mine is and works great. I removed the plastic and mounted under attatching to the metal. You can barely see it.

my XM / satelite antenna is mounted where my radar detector should be! (the radar cutout of the windshield)

Works very good....

Installed the satellite receiver in place of the stock AM/FM receiver unit located underneath the jack compartment behind the passenger seat. Mounted the nav and sat radio antennas by the rear hatch latch. The antennas have magnetic bases which stick to the steel support brackets underneath the plastic trim piece. The antenna cables where easy to run and reception is excellent at this location. With the hatch glass down the antennas are hardy noticable.

Both my GPS antenna and XM antenna are mounted underneath the center upper dash vent next to the heat load sensor. They are on the left side closest to the Radar cutout. Work great
