'90s Lotus for sale locally
Saw this on Craigslist:
http://washingtondc.craigslist.org/n...394220695.html I sort of think of it as the inverse of the ZR-1. A Lotus chassis with a GM engine. And the style is sort of the inverse, a FWD convertible vs the RWD coupe of the Z. That price seems pretty low, though it's an uncommon car with uncommon desirability. I showed my wife the ad, as I wondered if it'd be a fun car for her. She took one look and said "It looks gay"... So, so much for that.

Am I the only one that thinks these cars are interesting?

Re: '90s Lotus for sale locally
Well its low production and Lotus
I don't think that care fared too well in its day. 162 hp is not too bad. People were buying the Miatas and MR-2's.That car looks like a MR-2 to me anyway. Nice ones are going cost you plenty of $ or that car you listed will need lots of $$$. I think I'd rather have another ZR-1. |

Lotus Esprit >>> Lotus Elan. The Elan, it's a Miata-mobile, and I'd probably just buy the Miata if that was the market I was in. Either way, the steering wheel stolen from the 90-92 Firebird just looks funny in there.
