Happened at RA a couple of years ago during the start of the race. There is a 90 degree turn coming onto the straight and apparently some confusion by the front of the field and the rear of the field.

The confusion was the rear of the field became the front of the field.

In the confusion the rear of the field became the bottom of the field!
