Aluminum Flywheel
Got the shifter back together.
Got the Fidenza flywheel today. Should it be balanced for the engine? Are LT5's internally balanced? Man, it's tempting to do headers while I'm this far. Anybody got some they're willing to part with?

Re: Aluminum Flywheel
Ken,
Supposedly Fidanza has balanced the FW for the LT5. I have read however some taking their old DMFW and making sure it checks with the Fidanza. Jeffvette woulkd be a good source for that. Might even check out his or Haibeck's website. I think Marc said they are usually pretty close. |
