Default WTB: Front Spring, FHB or AA

I'm looking for a FHB front, I would settle for an AA I've been digging for awhile ...so far no luck.

I have a FHB front spring I purchased from Hib Halverson in2018. My project days have come to an end. I don?t think this has ever been installed. Not sure if this was going into the??Barney?? car. Hib said the GM techs had suggested Z07 springs to firm up the suspension along with his modified FX3 controller.
He maybe able to provide more info???

Howdy! That's an interesting background to the spring! Thanks for sharing, hopefully you are willing to part with it? Front of my car is tore apart right now , perfect time to replace the Spring! 😁

I don't have use for the spring now. I just had the shop put the stock alignment back in my car and added a new set of Michelin all season tires from Costco. Really drives well. This will be a ride around car that will be repaired as needed with stock or as close to stock parts.

I paid $400.00 for the spring plus the shipping to your place. I cannot work on this until after March 1st this year. Not sure if that meets your time and budget goals???

We can speak by phone if this becomes the best option.

Hib also stated both front and rear springs should be the Z07 spring rates in order to keep the car balanced. I'm not qualified to advise on suspension set ups.

Careful what you wish for in the FHB. If this is a track car, absolutely, but if you plan to drive your Z on the street, it will beat you up.

Regards,
Mark

Haha......yeah I've heard that. Mostly track , some local track style roads. Would like to know if you or if you know anyone with intel on which rear spring would be best.... I've got a 57.2 and 72nm . I have both. Thanks!
