Stuff That Came with my ZR-1

So, the 1995 ZR-1 that I just bought came with a bunch of spare parts and paperwork. One thing it came with was a package the previous owner got from the The National Corvette Museum 2008 which included a reproduction build sheet.

But, it also included this...and it's sealed so I don't know what it is. I don't know if I should leave it sealed or open it and investigate it. What is it?
