Re: headers and x-pipe
Maybe 2?? Stainless works of course, but also OBX and the Maximizer systems. Search on Ebay for C4 ZR-1 exhaust, and you can get the OBX and Maximizer systems with straight mid pipes like Corsa has, or you can opt for a Xpipe.

Re: headers and x-pipe
Another option are the long tube headers made by Henderson Performance

Re: headers and x-pipe
Is there any complete bolt on systems that do not require anything special to install them in my garage.
I like the corsa exhaust and stainless works headers with high flow cats but I don?t think they bolt right up. Anyone know. Also anyone running these Henderson?s performance? Will they bolt right up to a corsa exhaust? Thanks |

Re: headers and x-pipe
I added Stainless Works headers with their high flow cats to my Corsa. They bolted right up.

Re: headers and x-pipe
Dredgeguy thanks for clarifying. For some reason I thought I had to fab a small piece between the headers and corsa. Glad to hear they bolt right up.

Re: headers and x-pipe
Mine too (SW) and X-pipe bolt right up. But, you will have to fab a little (let's call it a "Z" bracket) for the dipstick tube to attach to after removing the stock exhaust manifolds.
When I get my workshop built, I can unpack all my tools and fab a bracket for you. OR you can look at these photos and fab up you own. Materials: 3/4" x ~ 3/32" thick strap (from any hardware store - I recommend steel as I had issues with aluminum breaking at the 90? bends. YMMV tho.) 1/2" long x 1/4" dia STOVE BOLT with lock washer and nut. silver paint (optional) The length of the material (link) for the bracket is 67mm. The length of the header tab is ~ 19mm (3/4") The length of the middle section too is ~ 19mm (3/4") The long tab makes up the remainder of the link.
