Front bumper not drilled for license plate
Hello,
I am a new owner of a 91 ZR-1 and am in the process of registering the car in MA. The car spent most its life in Michigan where front license plates aren?t required if i understand correctly. The front bumper under the license plate cover isn?t drilled for a license plate yet. I can see where one would drill holes in the bumper since has four raised circular areas where the plate lines up, but is their something to thread into behind those locations? Hope the question makes sense, Thank you. |

Re: Front bumper not drilled for license plate
I can?t remember since it?s been 30 years since I bought that car and 94 was drilled already when I bought the car in 2000.
Nonetheless, my guess is the car came with sufficient meat as part of the bumper or some form of blocking behind the bumper. Below link is correct torx head screws that came with both Zs. https://www.amazon.com/1991-1996-Cor.../dp/B0027VJ5N8 |
