they say the driver of the other car was a drunk driver, but looking at the pictures, it looks like quite the opposite

I could see if a C7 or Older got totaled as that they will not be building more..

Well...look at the bright side: at least the engine didn't join the driver and passenger in the front seat!! (I always wonder about that...)
