Default Before headers, no errors. After headers, ...

I have two errors coming up after having headers installed- 55 and 64 on both CCM and ECM. Is this something that is corrected after having my chip reprogrammed?

Those are ECM fault Codes. 55 is Fuel Monitor Lean 64 is Right oxygen sensor lean. Generally just adding headers alone won’t set codes although it is possible. More than likely you have an air leak in the headers or exhaust with the codes indicating the right side. I would check that first. I had to weld my exhaust to get rid of a leak. Definitely have the chip reprogrammed to get the most out of the header add.

You're exactly right...the connection points where the headers meet the pipes are leaking due to not being welded. I can hear it clearly now. Easy fix. Thank you.
