Default Hood lights

One light is working and the other is out. Replaced the bulb and still not working. Is there a mercury switch that could be causing this problem? Also have issue with the horn not working.

Thanks
John

Follow the wire from the non working light back down the hood and into the bumper area.
Someone may have once unplugged it, as opposed to pulling the underhood fuse.

If you find the wire harness connected and power to it, then yes, there is a mercury switch that could be sticking or bad.... or the bulb receptacle itself could be bad. Ive had more than one C4 that had one of the tabs loose in its plastic mounting. Entire used untis are readily available.

Most C4 owners unplug the underhood lites...
Leaving the hood open with them plugged in
drains the battery (on a timer?) while providing little useful light.
