Do you feel a "kick" when the secondaries activate?
I have a '92 that gives a little "jolt" when the key is on and RPM's hit around 3000 (tach reading). I suspect that the actuators are jerking open at that point. It's easily noticable when it happens.
On my '91, there's nothing noticable when the key is on and rpms come up anywhere. The car does have the serious power band of a zr1. But it doesnt exhibit the same "jolt" as the '92. Do you feel the "jolt" or does your car smoothly transition into the secondary action? |

Re: Do you feel a "kick" when the secondaries activate?
My 91 did when I got it... I removed and replaced the actuators cleaned and lubed the linkage.. they were on upside down and binding at about 60% open than would pop open to 100%.

I also have a '92 and I never felt any specific secondary engagement jolt(other than the mere increase in power). I'll check closer come spring, though.
