New Dash
Just wondered if anyone ever tried anything like this on a ZR-1 -

Man, I like that...I have never liked the 90-96 instrument cluster on my ZR-1. I want guages that tell you the actual reading not a "guess what temp I am now" guage. But I admit it has to look good or it's not worth doing to your Z.

mine still looks like brand new...and operates perfect...i wouldn't consider
doing that unless i was having problems...sure wouldn't help the resale value of the car. unless it was used strictly for road or drag racing car...my .02 |

The version there looked kind of 'basic' admittedly, but he did it for racing rather than aesthetics. I imagine you could do something that looked more OEM with a little effort. You'd certainly want to make it reversible though.
